In order to reduce or minimise your cholesterol:
- Keep alcohol to a minimum.
- Don’t smoke
- Exercise: 30 minutes of exercise, enough to make you sweat, at least daily.
- Reduce fat & cholesterol in your diet. Minimise red meat, butter, egg yolks, full fat milk & lard; including foods that contain these ingredients such as cake. INCREASE fish, fruit, fibre & veg
